My brief qualification and expertise are given in the points below: Business innovation and market opportunity linkage to improve agriculture productivity and profitability of the small farm, small and medium enterprise in targeted value chains. With the position of value chain specialist with Accelerating Inclusive Market for Smallholder farmer (AIMS), the innovation practice to recover smallholder farmer’s business bottle neck is applied by using new technology, new business model, and new service/product. In this task, I have expertise on promotion value chain and private sector development, multi-stakeholder consultation platform and building capacity of stakeholders through advisory skills and facilitate multi-stakeholder consultation processes, value chain upgrading workshops and training, and agribusiness business creative. The experiences gain from worked as agriculture advisor in the project of improving food and market linkages for smallholder’s project in Oddar Meanchey and Preah Vihear provinces “Malis” and consultant in economic and agriculture development within World Vision Cambodia (WVC), I have expertise on business operations for farms and other local business of agricultural cooperative (AC). Within the positions as above mention, I have provided direct supervise technical and field-based activities including value chain development, market linkages private sector engagement and local partner capacity building support. The senior value chain advisor reports directly to the chief of party.
