With14 years of experience in end to end health supply chain management and public health emergency logistics, he has led national quantification reviews and procurement tracking for Uganda's HIV/AIDS program, managing an annual laboratory commodity budget of $127 million, ensuring treatment for 1.4 million clients and testing for 6 million individuals. Henry has provided technical assistance and oversight to 7 Procurement Service Agents, 2 National Warehouses, and over 4,484 Public and Private Not-for-profit Health Facilities, maintaining a high availability of essential laboratory commodities through regular stock status and supply plan reviews in collaboration with the Ministry of Health Uganda and Development Partners, including USAID, CDC, WHO, and the Global Fund as well multiple Implementing Partners, Ministries and Agencies. He has supported the development and adoption of multiple electronic logistics systems, enhancing supply chain efficiency. He has also played a key role in public health emergency preparedness and response as well as leading the successful the Lab SPARS Pilot, improving laboratory logistics systems and public health emergency supply chain. Through interventions like 'Lab SPARS' and the health commodity accountability drive, his leadership, mentorship, and data-driven decision-making has significantly improved supply chain efficiency and accountability in the health sector.
