A public health nutrition researcher with doctoral training in International Health (Human Nutrition), combining advanced quantitative methods and 5 years of INGO experience in development and emergency response settings. Evaluated analytical review of USD 20 million integrated programs across 14 countries, producing an impact evaluation report at World Vision Taiwan, where also managed West Africa portfolio (USD 2.5 million). Core expertise in dietary assessment methodology (specifically 24-hour recalls and usual intake analysis using the NCI method), standardized assessment protocols, and evidence-based program implementation in global contexts.
