Around 17 years of development sector senior and management level experiences in Health, SRH, SRHR & Gender including Menstrual Hygiene System and Program Development and Project Management. Served 6 years as the Senior Program Manager- South Asia region including Nepal. Lead Bangladesh Country Office of an international organization for 2 and half years as Interim Country Head. Expert in new business and partnerships development, program management, advocacy/ policy influencing, external relations, finance and operations, human resource management, even in difficult set ups. Trained and experienced in strategic planning, financing and budgeting, funds management, procurement, etc. Have in depth experience in Public Private Partnership (PPP) with NGOs, government, bilateral, multilateral, academic and private sector organizations from partner assessment, contracts and outcome management to audit level. Managed partnerships with all types of organizations, donors and development partners. Worked closely with some ministries in Bangladesh and India, including Health & Family Welfare, Local Government, Education, Social Welfare, Women and Children Affairs; their directorates, bureaus and departments in joint programmes and collaborative events. Had been members of the Ministry level National Steering and other Committees, chaired by the ministers and secretaries. More than one and half decades of experience in coordinating and conducting researches, studies and situation assessments. Most successful in result based advocacy, policy influencing and resource mobilization at central and local levels. Well experienced in maintaining forums and networks. Conducted round table conference, media briefing, meeting, workshop, seminars/ symposiums at national, regional and international levels. Understand the key development issues like health, gender, nutrition, education, good governance and approaches like rights based approach, equity, sustainability, institution building, etc. Well able in relating different issues and approaches with each other strategically.
