Isabelle McMahon, MBA and Master in Measurement and Evaluation Ms. Isabelle McMahon is an international, multilingual development professional with more than 25 years of experience. She is an evaluation expert with extensive skills in mixed-methods design and analysis, applied research, and in promoting the use of evidence-based findings for organizational learning and project improvement. Additionally, Ms. McMahon is highly experienced with the planning, management and monitoring of data-collection processes, with integrating technology where effective, as well as with quality-assurance procedures. Ms. McMahon has led six USAID performance evaluations and over ten USDA McGovern-Dole impact evaluations. She has also headed six World Bank evaluations, as well as working for other overseas foundations, international organizations and donors.
