With over 10 years of experience in oncology and global health, I have a proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives aimed at strengthening healthcare systems in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), particularly in PALOP nations. I specialize in designing and implementing sustainable oncology care models, policy development, and regulatory frameworks, with successful projects in Angola and Cape Verde. I bring expertise in clinical research, including participation in over 60 international clinical trials, and have a strong background in capacity-building and training health professionals.
