Summary

I am a food security and regional integration expert with rich and diverse hands-on skills in business development, research, grant and program management as well as policy advocacy gained from working with regional private sector and supranational organizations in Eastern and Southern Africa. These based on multi-stakeholder public-private engagement in business, international research donor and technical assistance. Some of these include the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA), the East Africa Business Council (EABC) and the COMESA Business Council (CBC), the East Africa Community and the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), USAID, SIDA, WB, among others. I have worked with and facilitated a wide range of business and regional trade partnerships across a number of countries in the Eastern and Southern Africa including Ethiopia, the five EAC countries, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe, as well as countries in West Africa.
