I am a Canadian journalist, formerly a national and foreign correspondent with the Globe and Mail. I have extensive background in Afghanistan. In 2011, I won the $30,000 Michener Deacon fellowship to write about Canada's aid legacy in Afghanistan. The five-part series was printed in the National Post. My skills are writing, public speaking and outreach. I am interested in a communications position, preferably for an NGO or humanitarian organization.
