Mr. Morla is a monitoring, evaluation and research professional for international development projects. Mr. Morla has 8 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa, Central and South America and South East Asia. As a consultant and full-time staff, Mr. Morla has worked with and lead multi multi-disciplinary teams of professionals to develop and harmonize monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems, build M&E capacity by training and mentoring staff, designed international development projects in sectors such as livelihood and value chain development, labor rights and working conditions, occupational health, child and maternal health, food security and nutrition, and HIV prevention. Mr. Morla has open availability to perform consulting assignments throughout the year.
