Projects with ADB, USAID and DfID in civil service reform (central and provincial) and restructuring, change management and institutional strengthening in the areas of Health (Nigeria), Security (Afghanistan), Legislative (Iraq), Education (Afghanistan), Counter Narcotics (Afghanistan) and PFM (Malawi and (Pakistan).
