I am a Monitoring and Evaluation expert with over 15 years of experience and education in the field. My work has included all aspects of performance monitoring, performance and impact evaluation, formative research, developing and validating research plans and tools, analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data, presenting findings to diverse audiences, building the capacity of staff at all levels of experience, and working in non-permissive environments. I have supported teams in multiple sectors, including reproductive and maternal health, education, economic development, agriculture, livelihoods security, social enterprise, governance, stabilization, and countering violent extremism, and I have worked in the field with local and international colleagues and partners in locations across sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East.
