I have over 24 years of proven experience in leadership, coordination and program management including advisory works with UN, INGO’s, Red Cross/Red Crescent, LNGO’s and Provincial Government Offices. With extensive experience in Cash transfer program, food security and livelihoods program including vulnerability assessments, market analysis and market interventions, livelihood support and safety net/social protection/inclusion for durable solution to help ensure food availability and economic security. My work has included assessment, project design and implementation of humanitarian emergency responses, and recovery and long-term development programs supporting refugees, migrants, IDP’s, returnees and host communities especially women and youth affected by disaster, protracted crisis/conflict and COVID 19 Pandemic in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and Africa ensuring program adheres to good practice, SPHERE and HAP standard including risk assessment of FSP and identify safe transfer mechanism. I am also experienced in monitoring and evaluation of programs using the OECD-DAC criteria that include development of cash SOP’s/tools and livelihoods guidelines. I have solid technical expertise in food security and livelihoods including cash transfer programming (cash and voucher), across range of sectors including protection, migration, food, education, WASH, Shelter, health and nutrition. I have also worked on several social protection and inclusion program that managed program/budgets of over USD 20 Million from various donors including IHPF/UN-OCHA, DFID, ECHO, USAID/FFP and WFP. I also have a strong background in training and capacity building/mentoring/coaching of staff and partners having had some capacity building role in every position held. These include proposal development for emergency appeal and resource mobilization.
