
I am is a senior independent transportation planning consultant with nearly 30 years of wide-ranging experience in the transportation sector. I have worked for a variety of donor agencies and public and private sector clients throughout the world. I am able to perform a wide variety of both technical and project management tasks within the transportation planning field with particular focus on sustainable urban transportation strategies and climate change adaption. In recent years, I have on sustainable transportation projects related to the adaption of the Paris agreement for transportation infrastructure, working with the major donor agencies (Work Bank and Asian Development Bank) in projects in Georgia, Uzbekistan, China, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Nigeria. Previously, I have worked on projects in the United Kingdom (including the high profile 2012 Olympics study), Europe and the Middle East. I hold a BA in Geography from the University of Leeds, a MSc in Transport Planning & Management from the University of Westminster and am a member of both the Chartered Institute of Transportation (UK) and the Institute of Highways and Transportation (UK)
