With over 15 years of expertise, I am a strategic leader in Gender, Climate Change, Organization Development, and Institutional Strengthening. My Ph.D. in Food Security, specializing in Gender and Climate Change, underscores my contributions to gender mainstreaming and transformative methodologies. I have extensive experience in developing and implementing gender and safeguard frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and engaging with marginalized communities. My work includes pioneering approaches to safeguard against Gender-Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH), enhancing disability inclusion in investment portfolios, and advancing climate finance. I bring diverse regional experience from Africa and the Middle East, collaborating with stakeholders to drive impactful solutions across Agriculture, Health, Education, Water, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. I have engaged with a diverse range of partners, including United Nations agencies, governments, bilateral and multilateral organizations, international NGOs, research institutions, academia, private sector and media.
