I have over 35 years of work experience including management and coordination of major civil, bridges, highways, roads, railways, dams, and infrastructure works. I evaluate types of Contracts appropriate for a given situation, & prepare Terms of References. I prepare and review Contract Documents. I review Tenders received, and manage Contracts, implementing procedures, site quality control systems, and site records. I design, supervise the designing and supervise the construction of civil, bridges, highways, roads, railways, dams, and infrastructures. Since 1988 as project manager, coordinator, resident engineer, designer and after 2003 also has Health & Safety Coordinator, in all the bridge and associated highways, road works, projects, and all Temporary Works and H&S, of the bridges in the South of Portugal, were at my charge. Since 1990 I've begun to work in international projects in the design and after 2009 as Team Leader and Resident Engineer. All the projects I've coordinated and as resident engineer, I've monitored and reported on the design and calculation, on cost control, payments and variation management, planning, and progress of work. I chair meetings, advise clients, establish and control site supervision teams. When working as a Chief or Resident Engineer; as designer and manager he supervised the implementation of the ISO 9002. I'm familiar with most major software: Microsoft Office, critical-path planning packages, database systems, etc. and Internet, as well as structural design packages (Robot, STRAP) and AutoCAD,
