Throughout my career I have worked on preparation of Feasibility Studies, Assessments, Preliminary Designs, Detailed Designs, Technical Specifications, Drawings, BoQ, Particular Conditions and Tender documents; Proficient in leading tendering procedures and procurements for civil works and equipment supply, tender analysis, contract negotiations, following contracts fulfillment, managing claims; My duties generally comprise of contract management, supervision and monitoring of large-scale projects including contract administration, financial monitoring, quality assurance and acceptance procedures; Working and coordinating with Government and Ministry representatives, local authorities, international donors, Client representatives and program stakeholders; Having completed various projects in Balkan, MENA and Central Asia, I have demonstrated my expertise in the field of leadership and project management. In addition to leading and directing several cross-functional teams, I have always promoted positive attitude and good team spirit.
