I have over 15 years of experience in supply chain management in various international contexts. Currently, I work as a supply chain strengthening consultant in Kinshasa. Previously, I was based in the regional office in Dakar and later in Nigeria, working with UNICEF on enhancing government supply chain systems. My expertise involves facilitating the integration of supply chain functions and providing guidance to support the transfer of supply chain knowledge between UNICEF and governments. My skills include assessing government supply chain systems, providing technical assistance for needs definition, procurement, delivery, clearance, warehousing, and distribution processes, and monitoring utilization at service delivery points.
