Joe Brinker is an advisor at USAID. Before this role, he was the head of political affairs for the OSCE in Kosovo. Joe headed the UN election office in Jalalabad, Afghanistan and provided election management services for IOM. He served on the management team of the OSCE mission in Macedonia and held the positions of client editor and senior analyst with Intellibridge Corporation. He served as manager of international relations at a trade association.
