Fifteen years of experience, half of which at senior management level, leading teams of up to 400 staff and managing large budgets in complex emergencies and early recovery contexts, including Africa, South Asia and the Middle East. Strong experience of management in complex contexts, with an emphasis in developing strategies, change management and transitional leadership. Fluent French and English.
