Gender and Social Development Specialist with deep expertise in Gender Equality and Environmental and Social Risk Management. I currently work as a Gender Specialist providing technical advice on mainstreaming gender lens in investment and advisory programs implemented by DFIs. In addition, I have worked extensively as an Environmental and Social Risk Specialist, and in this capacity, I have supported financial institutions across Sub-Saharan Africa to design and implement Environmental & Social Risk Management frameworks that benchmark Operating Safeguards of leading DFIs. Previously, I worked as a Management Consultant and in this capacity, I provided business advice across strategy development, business process optimization, and Impact management. I have a keen interest in providing technical advice on integrating gender equality, social risk management, social development and inclusion topics on programs within agribusiness, energy and manufacturing sectors.
