Over twenty years of senior management and technical assistance experience in the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and the Middle East supporting in roles such as Country Representative, Project Manager and Technical Lead. I have successfully co-designed and led the implementation of financial inclusion and economic growth, youth, gender equality & social inclusion projects for a range of donors including, FCDO/DFID, DFAT, EIB, GAC, GIZ, IFAD, FAO, UNDP & USAID. With leading INGOs, MEDA (Mennonite Economic Development Associates), Mercy Corps, and FHI 360, I have led new business development, developed new partnerships, managed multi-disciplinary teams of consultants, local and international staff in various countries leading to successful project implementation on financial and non-financial service development leading towards youth employability and women economic empowerment.
