Has worked in agriculture research, development, planning and promotion for more than 27 years in Bhutan. Has worked with UNDP, SNV and EU, RDA Korea and ICIMOD, GOI besides RGOB supported projects in agriculture development and have seen similar works Internationally to get exposure and experience of development work in agriculture. Currently managing the National Organic Flagship Programme (Nu. 650Million) Has managed and supervised a Agriculture Research and Development Centre of Organic Agriculture with good team of staff. Implemented regional collaborative projects with multi countries as national focal point. Have done institutional linkage and research and marketing linkage. Facilitation of international and regional events, seminars, conferences, symposiums.
