An experienced monitoring & evaluation practitioner with more than 7+ years of experience in developing and managing program performance management and accountability system including program design/development and implementation, knowledge management, and policy formulation for developing countries in various sectors such as education, health, economic and workforce, good governance, environment, including at community-based setting mostly in South East Asia and particularly in Indonesia. Conducted and oversaw both performance and impact evaluations, conducted capacity development of performance management using adult learning/andragogy approach for continuous adaptive management and learning, has led M&E and learning system for a country scale scaling program efforts using participatory Development Evaluation. Has evaluated and developed program in post conflict and disaster setting, Has a cross field interest which is the unique qualities that enable more understanding of comprehensive system from different perspectives and contexts in developing the areas above and worked in multicultural environment.
