Kimberly Riddle is a democracy and governance specialist with over 13 years of international development experience in project design and business development, program management, research, and evaluation. Managing multi-million-dollar governance and civil society programs, Ms. Riddle has expertise in elections, transparency and accountability, civic engagement, rule of law, and conflict prevention. Committed to building the capacity of local communities, Ms. Riddle has provided training to in-country partners on gender integration and social inclusion, financial management, compliance, and grants management. In addition, she has experience with donors such as USAID, U.S. Department of State, Global Affairs Canada, European Commission, U.K. Department for International Development, Australia Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. Ms. Riddle has designed and implemented elections and political transitions programs around the world, including in: Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Egypt, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya, Malawi, Mali, Morocco, Lebanon, Niger, Pakistan, Philippines, Rwanda, Singapore, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe.
