Kate Fehlenberg

International development professional with over 25 years’ experience across a dozen countries. She has designed, managed, scaled and evaluated both small and multi-million dollar programs in Public Health, Agriculture and Gender. With deep experience in coalition building, systematic assessments of new technologies, and strengthening local systems, Kate is uniquely skilled in Scaling sustainable solutions. Kate has worked for NGOs, researchers and donors both at headquarters and the field; sat on donor and fundraising committees; run hundreds of workshops; and trained and led teams in numerous countries. From managing a six-country USAID Feed the Future project across in Africa to forming the SeedAssure Alliance, she is adept at leading diverse partners to improve access technologies, financing and markets for smallholder farmers while greening value chains profitably. Currently advising on Regenerative Ag, Climate Financing, Nature Assets and Scaling solutions both internationally and for US clients.
