I have become acquainted with the international and US-based donor community, proposal writing, and project management for a variety of international donor organization including the U.S. Agency for International Development, World Bank, United Nations, and multiple U.S. cabinet-level departments, inter-governmental organizations, and private actors. In that time, I have worked at every stage of program management, providing cradle-to-grave management and support. This includes leading capture and proposal development efforts, program implementation, staffing, partnering, budgeting and financial management, compliance, program closeout, and program reporting and evaluation. It has also taken me to over 40 counties around the world, where I have managed complex multi-million dollar, multi-year projects, engaged with political, civic, and business leaders on virtually every continent, and successfully written and coordinated large proposal and fundraising efforts, managed staff, resources, and operations.
