I am an international performance management/monitoring and evaluation expert with proven skills and competencies in strategic planning, workshop facilitation, capacity building, risk management, project design, designing M&E systems, designing and conducting surveys, performance measurement, managing evaluation teams, financial and economic analysis of projects, quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis and visualization using mobile applications,managing humanitarian and development projects, making markets work for the poor (M4P). My international experience spans nearly 45 years of working with national governments, INGOs, UN and World Bank in countries in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Europe.
