Highly-skilled Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Expert with over 15 years of experience in development programming. Having worked on projects funded by USAID, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (Former DFID), AusAID, Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) - Global Affairs Canada, Kwame is well-versed in donor rules and regulations. He has a proven track record of supporting M&E activities across all stages of project implementation, from baseline assessments to endline evaluations. He is also a skilled trainer, and has employed his expertise to build the M&E capacities of colleagues, partners and program participants. He is proficient in a wide array of M&E tools, and he has utilized these to support projects related to public health, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), agribusiness, food security and livelihood and education. Kwame is also proficient in data visualization and analytics tools; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Pivot Table, Power BI), SPSS, STATA, GIS (ArcGIS and Google Earth Engine), NVivo, Open Data Kit, KoBoCollect, DHIMS 2. Kwame is a member of the Africa Evaluation Association (AfrEA) and the Ghana Monitoring and Evaluation Forum (GMEF). He holds a Master’s in Social Policy and Planning in Developing Countries from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
