Lawyer and development economist with more than 20 years' experience advising senior African government officials on infrastructure development, privatization, PPPs and energy sector reform. Recently Senior Special Assistant to the President in Nigeria and Energy Advisor to the Rockefeller Foundation. Received his BA (Hons) and MA from Balliol College, Oxford University, has a MSc in Business Economics and was a qualified Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. Awarded a Gleitsman Fellowship at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, is a Yale World Fellow and a Fellow and Board Member of the Desmond Tutu African Leadership Institute.
