A U.S. citizen, I have almost 25 years of experience as a management and legal consultant advising government, NGO and private company clients across the globe. Fluent in Russian, Arabic, and my native English, I have led projects in governance and local economic development in the Former Soviet Union, the Middle East and South and Southeast Asia. In the course of my career, I have worked as a Subject Matter Expert, Team Leader and Manager, have developed and delivered capacity building and adult training materials, have managed, advised and reorganized a number of projects, using modern management principles, logical frameworks, results-based financial analysis & budgeting for strategic planning, programmatic audits & assessments and monitoring, evaluation & learning.
