More than 10 years of relevant professional work experience in providing upstream and downstream technical public health advisory services in the areas of public health advocacy, health policy formulation, HIV/AIDS, Genre, nutrition, maternal and child health programming, and health system strengthening, and developing, managing, and implementing complex large-scale public health and development programs funded by multiple donors including both bilateral and multilateral institutions in Africa. Substantial experience in designing, planning and implementing mid-term and final evaluation exercises of large-scale multi-sectoral public health programs and development progams to document best practices including program efficiency, effectiveness, value for money, impact and sustainability. Proven track record in facilitating numerous public health capacity building workshops for various government sectors at the sub-regional and country levels in West Africa context.
