Lara Saade is a leading policy & legal advisor and gender expert. She brings 16 years of experience in providing policy and legal advice, research, and technical assistance to esteemed organizations. Throughout her journey she held senior managerial and technical positions and made significant contributions to UN agencies, international and regional organizations, governments and parliamentary offices across Lebanon and the MENA region. Her work has been instrumental in driving constitutional and legal reforms in critical areas such as governance, anti-corruption, rule of law, justice, human rights, and gender equality. Her expertise encompasses a diverse range of skills, including legal analysis, legislative drafting and review, project management, strategy development, policy formulation and implementation, advisory & consulting, advocacy, stakeholders engagement and consultations, training and capacity building, and knowledge production. Lara holds advanced degrees in law, political mediation, public policy and public administration from Saint Joseph University (Lebanon), Paris XI (France) and Syracuse University (USA). She is fluent in Arabic, English, French and Spanish.
