I have extensive experience from working in development cooperation, including management and coordination of projects funded by bilateral and multilateral development agencies. Proven capability as team leader through senior positions entrusted on a number of large development projects. Excellent understanding of Vietnamese culture and cooperation gained through University studies and over 22 years of in-country fieldwork starting from 1980.
