I am an innovative and result – orientated Strategy and Programmes professional with 10 years work experience with special focus on delivery of corporate projects. I work for BotswanaPost – a state owned entity that has been established by the Government of the Republic of Botswana to provide affordable convenience through high quality, diversified postal products and services. My role entails facilitating and providing oversight in delivery of strategic and business improvement projects. In addition, I sit in Botswana Green Buildings Council (BotGBC) executive committee as a Deputy Secretary; my duties include but are not limited to advocating for sustainable building policies, regulations and practices in Botswana and assisting in providing educational resources and training to empower industry professionals. I facilitate and liaise closely with the private sector, country GBCs, international development partners to promote the adoption of green building practices, foster environmental stewardship, and create spaces that enhance both human wellbeing and the planet's health. My areas of expertise are project management, strategy development, internal systems and process optimization, facilities development and management, product development, corporate governance and risk management, credit analysis and customer service.
