I possess robust skills in team building, training, strategic planning, and strengthening Civil Society Organizations. My proficiency extends to navigating negotiation processes involving various public and private institutions, including the corporate sector, NGOs, and governments. I hold a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Finance and International Affairs, complemented by postgraduate degrees in Fundraising Management and Conflict Resolution with a focus on negotiation. With a rich background of 16 years of knowledge and experience in the Latin American context, I have played a pivotal role in initiating programs and implementing resource mobilization strategies across different countries in the region.
