I am an international consultant, manager and researcher specialising in sustainable forestry, agriculture and natural‑resource value chains, with 25+ years’ experience across Europe, Africa and Asia. I design and deliver strategy, policy and organisational development interventions, and lead full project cycles from identification and design through implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL). My core skills include capacity building and organisational change, policy and strategy development, climate resilience integration, grant assessment, ESG and deforestation‑risk assessment, sustainable market and enterprise development, and stakeholder and community engagement. I have worked across public and private sectors—national ministries, donor programmes, NGOs, producer and trade associations, investors and corporate supply chains—helping scale sustainably sourced markets and products at all stages of the value chain. Short-term country experience includes Brazil, Burkina Faso, China, Equatorial Guinea, Europe, Gabon, Ghana, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mali, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda and Zambia as well as various EU countries. Long term country experience includes Bhutan, Cameroon, France, Kenya, Netherlands and UK.
