Regardless of the role - an executive, a technical advisor, a business development director or a field manager - I resonate with making a difference in the lives of vulnerable people and communities. I am especially passionate about making a difference in the lives of women and children. Other professional high points include collaborating with leaders and staff including colleagues in the field to change the direction of their organization/company for a sustainable future where impact is the driving force for business decisions, technical directions and strategic partnering. I am privileged to work with NGOs, SMEs, for-profit/not-for-profit groups in the U.S., and over 50 countries.Typically, these implementing partners include the whole ecosystem of implementers for initiatives in health, education, livelihoods, youth/women's empowerment, and community development.
