My passion is to improve the lives of vulnerable populations. For over 15 years, I’ve led high-impact programs focused on local governance, civic engagement, and strengthening civil society. I’m deeply committed to the inclusion of women, ethnic communities, and vulnerable groups, and I’m passionate about weaving conservation and environmental sustainability into multisectoral programs. I’ve coordinated high-performing teams and fostered partnerships between donors, government, the private sector, and communities to create sustainable solutions. I’m bilingual (Spanish–English), with intermediate French, and I’m known for my strategic thinking, innovation, and adaptability in multicultural settings.
