I am Economist with Master in Economics.I have broad international development experience for 16 years in the front line directly managing engagements, policy dialogue with governments and projects in a variety of topics in poverty reduction, social protection and social development. I have worked on implementation of social assistance programs, poverty analysis, decentralization of social services, institutional and capacity building of local governments, design and implementation of targeting systems and registry of beneficiaries, design and implementation of conditional cash transfer CCT programs for education and health.
