I have over 30 years' experience as a technical adviser in public and private systems management of human resources, capacity development, education management including technical and vocational education and training (TVET), labour supply and demand analysis, ISO quality systems and practices development, inclusion and equity initiatives, project monitoring and evaluation reporting, qualitative and quantitative research, project and business management, strategic planning, as well as accounting and business systems development. The qualifications which support this experience include a PhD in education and Master in Online Learning as well as qualifications in VET, leadership, human resource management, accounting and auditing of quality management systems. Along with accumulating extensive experience in Australia, I have experience in Afghanistan, Canada, China, Egypt, Kiribati, Kuwait, Pakistan, PNG, Timor-Leste and USA. The speciality areas where I am considered an international expert include: • capacity development, competency standards development, curricula development, TVET, education and accreditation frameworks, competency based methodologies and techniques, pedagogy and andragogy, teacher training/mentoring; • labour market programs, research, job analysis, tracer studies, gender and cultural equity; • monitoring and evaluation, quality management frameworks/systems, policies and procedures, compliance audits; • governance structures and systems, project management, strategic planning, change management, business development, technical adviser on tenders, business case proposal and project report writing.
