Lyubov Palyvoda

Lyubov Palyvoda is a founder and president of CCC Creative Center, Ukrainian charity foundation. Dr. Lyubov Palyvoda has near three decades of post-communist transition processes with specific experience in organization development and program evaluation since 1996. Designed and conducted over 100 evaluations of various development projects and programs in the areas of civil society development and support, women small business development, gender equality and gender-based violence, children and youth, population and development, human rights, and gender equality dimensions of development institutions, institutional and organization development, and cross-cutting programs in various sectors and multiple cultural contexts. Her key classifications include project identification, design and implementation, organizational and project/programme evaluation; experience with projects related to governance, democratic development with gender equality focus; extensive experience in institutional capacity building, training and research; program and organizational evaluation, strategic and administrative management, communication with government officials, businesses, donor organizations, and local and international organizations. She has specialized expertise in the evaluation approaches and methodologies of: OECD/DAC, EU, USAID (including Collaborating, Learning and Adaptation (CLA)), and UNFPA and logical framework analysis, participatory evaluation methodologies, survey design, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. She also has extensive experience as Team Leader of project and evaluation teams in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Albania, and Kyrgyzstan. Lyubov Palyvoda has Master of Science in Mathematics and Mathematical Basis of Cybernetics (Kyiv State University), Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from International Management Institute (Kyiv), and PhD in Public Administration (Rutgers University, USA). She speaks fluent Ukrainian and Russian and has perfect knowledge of English.
