Mr. Sanchez is a senior sustainability professional with 20+ years of expertise in designing, managing and evaluating programs and partnerships exceeding $15M. He currently drives systems-level change for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s federally designated South Los Angeles Promise Zone. Previously, he served as Chief of Party for the USAID-funded Tech for Green Cities project in Cambodia which successfully brought to market a climate tech solution to create smart and resilient cities. He has served in various roles as a Chief of Party, Director, Program Team Lead, Stakeholder Engagement Specialist, and Principal Analyst. His technical experience is balanced with practical management expertise in a range of areas, including program quality control, management, monitoring and evaluation, operations, and budget management.
