I have been working in the fields of food aid and food security for over twenty-five years. I have been with Land O'Lakes International Development for ten years and am currently the Practice Manager for Gender and Resilience. In this capacity, I provide technical leadership to projects that address vulnerability and food insecurity especially in countries, regions and communities that are risk prone, and I ensure that gender considerations are integrated into all division projects.
