He also has 16 years of experience in projects funded by donors such as the European Union, World Bank, African Development Bank, Korean Cooperation (KOICA), GIZ, Eximbank of China; • 16 years of experience in the preparation of projects and programs, feasibility studies, design and implementation of drinking water supply projects, dams, rural electrification and extension of electricity networks; • Different experiences in the development of programs and projects in hydraulics (Drinking water supply & dam) and rural electrification (On-Grid and Off-Grid); .• Planning, detailed engineering studies and monitoring/control of the construction of infrastructures (dam, renewable energy production, transmission and distribution, rural electrification, mini-grids) for access to electricity; •
