A gender and inclusive markets development practitioner. I have provided leadership and technical backstopping on gender and social inclusion within market systems development in agriculture and non-agriculture development projects. Focusing on gender equity and women’s economic empowerment (WEE); my work experience in private sector development (PSD) includes using effective business solution tools and market based strategies to address poverty reduction, women entrepreneurship and promote economic development. I have undertaken gender and engendered market systems analysis, designed programs and interventions, developed gender strategies, managed programs and undertaken consulting assignments for several large donor funded programs.
