Im a Sociologist with more than 25 years of experience in conflict and post conflict countries as Afghanstan, Angola, Albania, Mozambique. My relevant working experience is multidisciplinary, multicultural, multi religious, in EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF CAPACITY BUILDING and INSTITUTIONAL STRENGTHENING ; MONITORING & EVALUATION; FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT and ACCOUNTABILITY; EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT/POST CONFLICT RESOLUTION; ANALYSIS OF GENDER AND STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR ACTION; SOCIAL INCLUSION and PROTECTION of VULNERABLE GROUPS and PEOPLE IN CONFLICT WITH LAW. My experience has formed my INTUATIVE CHARACTER • I am well versed and experienced in all matters relating to process implementation, monitoring and evaluation, managing successful outcomes and delivering programs in challenging environments. • Programs which I have delivered have been funded by EDF & EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND and have extensive experience, as Team Leader, of EDF procedures: • As Team Leader I have experience also in managing programs funded by World Bank, UNDP, UNICEF, INTERNATIONAL RED CROSS, USAID. In BILATERAL FUNDS MANAGEMENT FOR ITALY, SPAIN, GERMANY, and FRANCE. • My capacity as team leader is also well evidenced in my individual knowledge and talent to organize, produce and participate in International Workshops, Conferences and Social Research
