Fluent in English and Portuguese, mother-tongue Swedish. Recently had the book "Evaluation - a Systems Perspective" released (Studentlitteratur, September 2024). Loves to work with people and to create things together. Ten years field experience: Senior Advisor within the governmental structures on provincial and central level in Mozambique and Tanzania, First Secretary at the Swedish Embassy (Sida) in Bangladesh, Program Manager for UNFPA in Zimbabwe. Now making new experiences in Rwanda as a free-lancing consultant. Enjoys to develop evaluation and planning methodologies and guidelines - and of course to create problem trees, theories of change and M&E frameworks! Until January 2023 Acting Head M&E at the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth in Stockholm, Sweden. Master of Economic Sciences from Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki, Finland. Has planned, carried out and disseminated a great number of evaluations, often in the role as teamleader. Always emphasizes learning and the focus on utilization.
