Leveraging a growth-focused model to support financial performance, operational, and sustainability improvements, I have succeeded in building trust and confidence by influencing key stakeholders, driving change, and transforming an overall responsible investment portfolio and business performance. As an accomplished leader in development finance, I bring 12 years of expertise spanning impact investment management, innovative finance, private sector and market systems development, enterprise development, value chain development, financial modelling, and research. With a proven track record, I have spearheaded three highly effective market entry strategiesin investment management, overseen country teams, and successfully managed development and investment projects across four countries. Proficient at engaging with investment committees and C-Suite executives, I also excel in fostering robust relationships with both the private sector and government officials while working on the initiative of the European Union and the African Caribbean and Pacific Group States (ACP) called CTA (ACP-EU). In my role as a technical assistant for five financial institutions, I played a pivotal role in designing innovative finance products working with their credit committees, facilitating debt facility implementation, and contributing to the advancement of sustainability monitoring tools. My experience extends to designing and managing blended finance initiatives, climate adaptation finance, executing fundraising and capital mobilization endeavors, fund management, and conducting thorough monitoring and evaluation activities to achieve sustainable development and risk management.
