I have diverse work experience in different reputed organizations such as UNICEF, Save the Children, USP, URC, MSH, Muslim Aid - UK, and others for their public health programs like MNH, NTP, NMEP, GHSA, Mainstreaming Nutrition, Health & Nutrition in Emergency, Emergency Medical Relief Operation, Refugee Health, MCH research, CSBA program and patient care programs in Bangladesh. I developed life skills to face everyday challenges that includes decision making, problem solving, creative thinking, critical thinking, interpersonal communication & others. I led several programs and managed HR, budget and activities effectively and efficiently. I ensured quality, coverage and cost-effectiveness through collaboration, partnerships, integration, innovation and training. In my recent past organization, I efficiently coordinated government, donor, development partners to assess policies, develop costed action plan, manuals and guidelines. Presented findings to donor, SMEs and host government.
