20 years plus diverse experience in different verticals of Healthcare (Chain of Pharmacies, Corporate Hospitals, Public Health & Nutrition, Research and Management Consulting) at different level of management, demonstrating expertise in Liaisioning with Government Officials and International agencies like USAID, BMGF, World Bank for Program Implementation, Project Management, Public Private Partnership, Contract Management, Health System Strengthening, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Monitoring & Evaluation and Capacity Building. I worked as a Team Lead - State Technical Support Unit (Tuberculosis) for the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP) in Bihar, implementing one of the largest and most complex public health programs globally and as a National Consultant in Public Private Partnerships at the World Health Organization (WHO-NTEP Technical Support Network), provided technical assistance to the NTEP under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. During my tenure at IQVIA and IMS Health New Delhi as Project Lead / Technical Lead. Additionally, Lead Disbursement Linked Indicator (DLI) verification project with ICDS deptt. under POSHAN Abhiyan and a Research called Polling Booth Surveys (PBSs) (outcome evaluation) to improve quality of maternal, infant and young child nutrition (MIYCN) practices in India project, both supported by World Bank I have contributed significantly to private healthcare organizations, including a five-year stint with a Drugs Warehouse & Chain of pharmacies in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and key roles at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi and Fortis Escorts Hospital, Jaipur, India.
